What is Developmental Editing?
A developmental edit(DE) is a deep analysis of your manuscript that looks at big picture elements of your manuscript, such as:

Organization of the plot
Pacing
Development of the characters
World-building
Overall story structure
Voice
While a DE is necessary for all manuscripts, this service is great for fantasy, romantasy, sci-fi, and big-world books or series.
Who Do I Work With?
My primary genre specialties include: Adult, YA, and NA sci-fi, fantasy, and romance novels or series, with the occasional memoir. I have broad experience in mystery, thriller, and lit-fic novels as well! Working with first-time novelists, indie authors, self-publishing writers, authors preparing to query agents, or small presses and agencies is my goal.
